David Coyle established The Coyle Company in 1980 with the vision of providing the highest level of estate planning services to an exceptional clientele on a strictly confidential basis. David has over 30 years' experience in the life insurance industry, and is recognized as an expert on the sophisticated uses of life insurance with advanced estate planning strategies for the ultra-affluent. He has been a main platform speaker at national organizational meetings including the Association for Advanced Life Underwriters and M Financial, where he is an active member of the Board of Directors. He has spoken before many life insurance and estate planning groups on the subjects of split dollar, compliance, liability and administration. He also holds leadership board positions with several civic and charitable organizations. David has a B.S. in Marketing from the Boston College School of Management, and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Janet M. Coyle

Janet helped found the company, and today plays a key role as one of our primary consultants to clients and advisors. As President of the company, she also oversees administrative operations of the company, including ongoing legal compliance, tax review and all servicing and trust administration for estate planning and benefits programs. Janet has over 30 years' experience working in the areas of life insurance administration, advanced underwriting, case design, and executive benefit planning. Janet served as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Dana Hall School. Janet attended Boston University.

Craig is an attorney by background and has helped families implement and service wealth transfer strategies for over a decade. Craig has been published by the American Bar Association, National Underwriter Magazine, Life & Health Journal and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Craig is on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes and is an active volunteer within the American Cancer Society. Craig earned a B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University, and a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. He is a Member of the Boston, New Hampshire and Maine Estate Planning Councils and holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Lawrence T. Gingrow, III, JD

Larry assists families and their advisors in the execution and servicing of wealth transfer strategies. He was previously an Account Executive at DataRisk LLC where he advised executives on business risk management and developed personal insurance programs for affluent individuals and families. Previously, Larry spent eight years as an attorney at law firms in Boston and New Hampshire where he counseled business owners and executives on insurance coverage and contractual issues and developed estate planning strategies for individual clients. Larry is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Boston Bar Association. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Honors Program and received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. Larry holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Ken oversees business development and marketing for the Coyle Company. With over 10 years' experience in marketing services targeted to high net worth individuals, Ken has a comprehensive understanding of wealth planning strategies for the high net worth market. Prior to joining the Coyle Company, Ken was Vice President of Business Development at RINET Company, a Boston based multi-family office. Up to that time, Ken was Vice President of National Accounts for Fidelity Charitable Services, managing national relationships with advisors. Ken is the past Chair of the Professional Advisors Committee of The Boston Foundation, and currently serves on the Development Committee of Catholic Schools Foundation/The Inner-City Scholarship Fund. Ken received a B.A. in Politics from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

John R. Kessinger, Jr.

John is a nationally known product and technical specialist who brings over 30 years of experience to the company, developing and modeling financial plans for our clients, using complex insurance products, investment strategies, and highly sophisticated planning techniques. His analysis allows clients to evaluate their plans within the context of their total financial picture. John possesses in-depth knowledge of insurance products and carriers, and is experienced in sophisticated funding analysis using advanced planning. John holds a CLU designation with the American College and FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses. He attended John Carroll University and Boston University.

Kathleen Leone Seeley

Kathleen is responsible for the oversight of the Finance, Human Resource and Administrative activities of the company. Prior to the Coyle Company Kathleen served 13 years as the Vice President, Finance & Administration directing all functions of Finance, Human Resources, Contract Management and General Operations at Aclara Software, based in Wellesley, MA. She also contributed in the lead finance role at John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance in their mezzanine finance group in San Francisco and Boston. Kathleen received a BS in Management from Lesley College and is a member of NEHRA, SHRM and a Massachusetts Notary Public.

Amanda C. FitzGerald

Amanda is responsible for supporting all aspects of case management to help ensure timely and accurate results for both clients and their advisors. She works closely with the President, VP Technical Services and Plan Managers to assist clients in their insurance planning. Prior to joining the Coyle Company, Amanda was Manager in the Tax Department for State Street Corporation. She received an M.B.A. from Suffolk University, and a B.A. in Communications from Boston College.

Stephen M. Karp, CLU, ChFC

Stephen has been involved in the financial services industry for over 40 years, specializing in working with high net worth individuals and business owners in formulating their financial and estate plans. His focus is concentrated on the creative uses of life insurance in various estate planning scenarios, as well as in depth review and analysis of the performance of existing life insurance portfolios. Stephen has a degree in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he has acquired advanced professional designations in the financial services industry which provide significant value to his clientele.
